Help
Double-check the password and watch for Caps Lock. If your saved password is the issue, manually retype it — phone password managers sometimes autofill the wrong credentials.
On cellular, set the app's Internet Quality to 3 Mbps or lower. Switch to Wi-Fi when you can. Always use the Jellyfin app over a browser — it handles more formats natively.
Most requests are ready in 5–30 minutes. Older or obscure titles can take longer. Check the status on requests.woobla.org — once it says Available, it's in Jellyfin.
Infuse is the best paid option — handles every format perfectly. Swiftfin is the free Jellyfin native client. Both work great.
Yes — the official iOS and Android Jellyfin apps support downloads. Tap the cloud icon on any title, wait for it to finish, then watch offline.
Switch the audio track in the player (gear icon during playback) or use Jellyfin Media Player / Infuse instead of a browser — they handle multi-channel audio better.
